Mrs. Cahoon earned her B.A. Degree in Accounting and Government from Wofford College and her law degree from the University of South Carolina where she was a member of the Society of Wig and Robe, served as a member of the Moot Court Bar and was the recipient of the CALI Award in Partnership Tax. She earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida.
