Mr. Congleton began his career in 1982 in the State of Washington as a clerk in the firm of Goss, Moe & Sampson. In 1983, he became a partner of Davis, Snyder & Congleton where his practice focused on debtor-creditor relations, general business law and estate planning and probate. In 1984, Mr. Congleton was a founding partner in Snyder, Congleton & Turner, and added family law and consumer rights to his practice.
