Ms. Hart joined MFWWC in 2004 where her practice has concentrated on representing Plaintiffs in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, negligence, and insurance law. She has also advised and assisted clients in areas of consumer finance, creditor-debtor law, product liability, military law, landlord-tenant law, and identity theft. Ms. Hart is a recipient of Pre-Paid Legal Service’s Excellent Service Award.
