Mr. Smith joined MFWWC (then known as Browne, Flebotte, Wilson & Webb) in 2002 and worked in the firm’s Durham office until moving to a new position heading the firm’s Charlotte office in 2003. He has spent the last seven years focusing his practice on the defense of the accused. In that time, Mr. Smith has handled thousands of cases, ranging from minor traffic violations to felonies.
