Daniel R. Flebotte *

    Mr. Flebotte graduated from Duke University, magna cum laude, in 1977 and received a B.A. in English with special studies in Linguistics.  He acquired his Juris Doctorate, with special studies in taxation, in 1980 from Washington University School of Law.
